
Nouristan Security Commander Visits Kamdesh District, Assures Full Control Under Islamic Emirate
KAMDESH, Nouristan (Afghan Verified) -- Brigadier General Akhtar Mohammad Mazmel, Nouristan Security Commander, visited Kamdesh district and assured locals that its security is fully under control.
Mazmel stated that all areas of Kamdesh are under Islamic Emirate authority. He urged residents to ignore foreign propaganda and emphasized the support of eastern Nouristan's people for the Islamic system and security forces.
During the visit, Mazmel met with scholars, tribal elders and youth in Mandegal, Patigal and central Kamdesh. He criticized Pakistan's military regime, saying it has made no progress and lacks the ability to advance.
Locals expressed enduring support for the security forces and pledged to stand with them, according to statements from the meetings.
