
Former Governor Halim Fedai Reports 10 Unknown Gunmen Kill Brother in Kabul Home Attack
KABUL — Halim Fedai, former governor of Logar and Khost provinces, reported that 10 unknown gunmen attacked the home of Hairan, a former government employee, in Kabul.
Fedai stated in a Facebook post that the gunmen killed one of Hairan's brothers during the attack.
The attackers wounded another of Hairan's brothers with a knife, severely beat him and broke his hands and feet, according to Fedai.
The gunmen also beat Hairan's wife and children.
They stole gold, money, phones and women's jewelry from the home before leaving.
Fedai's account was published by Hasht-e Subh.
