Netanyahu: Israel going through difficult days, prepared for any scenario
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Israel is experiencing "complex and difficult days" amid escalating tensions between Washington and Tehran.
Netanyahu warned Iran's leadership that any attack on Israel would be met with a decisive response.
Earlier, U.S. President Donald Trump threatened potential military action against Iran if nuclear negotiations fail, and has deployed extensive forces in the Middle East.
In response, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi, speaking at the Geneva Disarmament Conference, said the consequences of "any aggression" would not be limited to one country, with responsibility falling on the initiators and their supporters.
Gharibabadi urged all countries committed to peace to act to prevent further escalation of tensions.
Sources told Al Arabiya that Netanyahu is expected to hold security consultations to emphasize Israel's readiness for any scenario.
