A court in New Delhi sentenced two Afghan citizens to 10 years in prison and fines for smuggling heroin. The individuals were arrested upon arrival from Dubai at Delhi airport after authorities inspected their suitcases and discovered the drugs. Delhi police found shampoo bottles and hair dye containers holding a black-colored liquid, which laboratory tests confirmed was heroin. Approximately 8 kilograms of heroin was seized from the pair.
