The Logar Education Directorate has received approximately 137,000 textbooks based on the new curriculum. The books are to be distributed to students at 193 official religious seminaries across the province.
The textbooks cover grades one to three and include 40 titles printed in a standard colorful format in Pashto and Dari languages.
Shahpur Arab, spokesman for the Logar Education Directorate, said the delivery is intended to address book shortages. He stated that the books form part of a uniform new curriculum rollout for seminaries and schools up to grade six.
