Afghanistan Obtains Membership in World Street Sports Cardo Organization
Afghanistan has obtained membership in the World Street Sports Cardo organization for the first time. This allows Afghan athletes to participate in the organization's international programs and competitions.
The membership was achieved through the efforts of Salman Sultani, president and founder of street sports in Afghanistan. Sultani has been introduced as the ambassador of the World Cardo organization in the country.
Street sports officials in Afghanistan described the membership as an important step in introducing the country's street sports at the international level and providing new opportunities for young athletes.
The World Cardo organization is one of the largest international bodies in street culture and sports. It supports, develops and identifies young talents in various street sports and arts disciplines, holding numerous international competitions and programs each year with participants from over 100 countries.
Afghanistan's membership is expected to provide opportunities for Afghan athletes to compete internationally, promote the growth of street sports domestically, introduce young talents on a global level and strengthen connections with the worldwide street sports community.
