
Ministry of Public Health Forms Committee to Examine Private Health Centers
The Ministry of Public Health has formed a committee under the General Directorate of the Medical Council to review the results of supervision over private health centers and the activities of foreign health workers.
In a meeting, the committee comprehensively examined the progress, problems, challenges, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses of private hospitals, as well as the presence and activity licenses of foreign doctors, according to the ministry.
Minister of Public Health Maulvi Noor Jalal Jalali emphasized the need to prevent violations of health laws, standardize prescription writing, ensure the quality of health services and control prices.
Separately, a joint committee has been established under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Health Services Provision Maulvi Abdul Wali Haqqani to improve the implementation of health laws and ensure public health security.
