The seizures occurred in the provinces of Kandahar, Nimroz, Farah, and Herat. According to the ministry, the smugglers intended to import these goods into the country without paying the required customs duties.

The confiscated items included human medicines, rice, new clothing, chocolate, blankets, cream, plastic bags, motorcycle parts, fabric, warp yarn, raw yarn, electronic devices, animal medicines, tissues, and other assorted goods.

The ministry stated that the accused individuals and the seized property have been handed over to the relevant customs offices for further examination and investigation.
