Kabul Province Emergency Committee Calls for Swift Aid After Recent Rains Damage Houses
KABUL (Afghan Verified) -- Officials from Kabul province's Emergency Situations Committee met under the chairmanship of Deputy Governor Molvi Abdul Ali Qudratullah Amini to address recent natural disasters.
Participants from relevant institutions discussed the increase in recent rains and emphasized the need for serious measures to reduce damages and ensure timely responses. Amini stressed the importance of quick and effective action to address people's problems and deliver prompt emergency aid to those affected.
Molvi Mohammad Noor Khaleel, head of the provincial governor's office, praised the coordination among agencies and urged assisting organizations to provide immediate support.
The meeting highlighted that recent rains in Kabul province partially damaged 212 houses and completely destroyed 25 others.
