
Four Children Rescued from Kidnappers in Parwan's Salang District
Four children abducted from Mazar-i-Sharif, the capital of Balkh province, were rescued from their kidnappers in Salang district of Parwan province.
The rescue operation was conducted jointly by inspectors from the Ministry of Vice, Virtue and Complaints (MoVVC) and security forces on Sunday. A statement from the ministry detailed the successful effort to free the children.
Following the completion of legal procedures, the children were handed over to their families in coordination with the MoVVC's Balkh provincial department.
The ministry urged security and intelligence agencies to apprehend the perpetrators responsible for the kidnapping.
