
Education Minister Emphasizes Self-Sufficiency Through Knowledge at Kabul Seminar
KABUL — Maulawi Habibullah Agha, Minister of Education, emphasized the country's self-sufficiency through knowledge during a seminar on aligning subjects in 39 secondary schools held in Kabul on Monday, 23 Hamal 1405.
Several officials addressed the gathering. Maulawi Sabghatullah Wasil, Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration at the Ministry of Education, stated that the ministry has employed efforts to elevate standards in science and knowledge and has taken innovative actions.
Sheikh Noor ul Haq Anwar, Head of the General Administration of Affairs, said the Islamic Emirate's attention to science and the country's progress is greater than under other regimes.
Sheikh Abdul Baqi Haqqani, Head of the National Examinations Administration, stated that educational institutions should strengthen Islamic and Afghan culture among youth.
The seminar focused on improving educational alignment and standards, reflecting ongoing priorities in the education sector under the Islamic Emirate.
