Bayat Foundation Distributes Ramadan Aid to Needy Families in Balkh

The Bayat Foundation distributed aid packages containing flour, rice and oil to dozens of needy families in Balkh province.

Officials from the Bayat Foundation in Balkh stated that the aid distribution process will continue in other provinces across the country.

Yafeth Saqib, the foundation's representative in Balkh, said: "Continuing the aids of Bayat Foundation, this time also Ramadan aids including flour, oil and rice were distributed to the needy of Balkh province."

Beneficiaries welcomed the initiative. They said the foundation's assistance during the holy month of Ramadan has been effective in supporting the needy and reducing poverty.

Jabbar Khan, a resident of Balkh, said: "We thank Bayat Foundation very much and are happy that they helped in the holy month of Ramadan."

Mohammad Javad, another resident of Balkh, added: "We are really happy from the bottom of our hearts for Bayat Foundation that distributed their Ramadan aids to the people."

The Bayat Foundation annually provides humanitarian aid to needy individuals in various regions of the country during Ramadan. The distributions come amid prior concerns expressed by some aid organizations over increasing poverty in the country.
