Afghanistan Rural Rehabilitation Minister Meets World Vision Head
KABUL (Afghan Verified) -- Mullah Abdul Latif Mansour, Afghanistan's Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, met with Temendri de Silva, head of World Vision, and her accompanying delegation.
The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development's press office reported that during the meeting, de Silva provided information on the organization's projects and activities in Afghanistan. She stated, "We consider it our responsibility to implement development projects in Afghanistan and promise that in the future as well, we will work with the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development with complete sincerity."
Mansour expressed satisfaction with World Vision's services in the country and urged the organization to prioritize projects in areas where people face significant challenges. He added that the ministry would cooperate in implementing such projects.
Both sides emphasized the need for continued cooperation and coordination.
