Seventeen-year-old Seror Sorori, a member of Afghanistan's national wrestling team, is conducting intensive training sessions in Kabul under the supervision of national team coaches ahead of international wrestling competitions in Turkey.
Sorori, who has been with the national team for about two years, is focusing on enhancing his technical and physical abilities during Ramadan training camps. He described the camps as a valuable opportunity to boost readiness for the upcoming event, noting sufficient time remains to refine skills and tactics. Sorori expressed confidence in securing more medals for Afghanistan, similar to past achievements, provided greater support is available.

Last year, Sorori won a gold medal at international competitions in Egypt. He also competed in the Bahrain Asian Games, defeating a Thai opponent before losing a close match to an Iranian wrestler. Domestically, he has earned dozens of medals.
