Reliability assessment

Single source provides direct, on-record attribution with concrete, checkable details including the named individual (Mohammad Ajmal Saidi), his father's name, specific residence in Panjshir, timeline (eight days as of 23 Jawza), and relatives' public statements.

The source language mixes facts with framing or advocacy wording. Hasht-e Subh: "Increasing Insecurity" frames the incident as part of a broader negative trend; "insecurity" and the contrast with the Taliban's security claims introduce mild advocacy and opinion by implying the regime is failing.
