Maulvi Abdul Salam Hanafi Says Strengthening the Islamic System and Good Governance Depend on the Efforts of the Mujahideen

The visit of Maulvi Abdul Salam Hanafi to Samangan has highlighted the importance of local efforts in building the Islamic system. As the Deputy Administrative Head of the Prime Minister's Office, Hanafi traveled to the province and engaged in detailed discussions with the governor, religious scholars and local administrators.

Governor Damlah Muhammad Shu'ayb Rasalat used the occasion to explain how the mujahideen and the officials under his direction are dedicated to the causes of peace and effective public service delivery. His comments underscored the ongoing work at the provincial level to support the goals of the Islamic Emirate.

Meanwhile, the scholars and sheikhs in the meeting brought forward a number of practical demands that they believe are essential for the development of remote regions. These demands centered on the need for better transportation links through new roads, educational facilities including both modern schools and traditional madrasas, improved healthcare through clinics, and a variety of other projects that could stimulate growth and improve living standards in those areas.

Hanafi listened carefully to all the points raised and then provided his own perspective on the matters. The senior official from the Prime Minister's Office expressed his appreciation for the hard work being done by the mujahideen. He made it clear that further strengthening of this system, along with achieving high standards of good governance and providing quality services, is entirely dependent on the continued dedication and sacrifices of these mujahideen and the officials working alongside them.

He called upon all those present to redouble their efforts and to focus even more intently on serving the people and advancing the objectives of the Islamic Emirate.

In conclusion, Hanafi gave his word that the proposals made during this meeting would not be ignored. The Islamic Emirate, he said, would take the necessary steps to fulfill these requests to the extent possible given the current facilities and resources available to the government.
