Justice Ministry Launches Online System to Boost Transaction Transparency

KABUL — The Ministry of Justice has launched an online system for real estate dealers and petition writers to enhance transparency and streamline the issuance of licenses as well as the registration of real estate and motor vehicle transactions.
The system was inaugurated during a ceremony attended by Sheikh-ul-Hadith Mawlawi Abdul Hakim Sharai, Minister of Justice, along with representatives from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications, and the General Directorate of Traffic.
Mawlawi Abdul Hakim Sharai described the initiative as an important step that simplifies procedures for the public, reduces transaction costs, and promotes transparency. He emphasized the need to further develop the system and integrate it with other relevant sectors, while stressing stronger coordination among ministries to improve service delivery.
Under the new system, licenses for real estate dealers and petition writers will be issued online, each carrying a unique barcode. All transactions related to the sale and purchase of real estate and motor vehicles will be registered, enabling citizens to verify the licensing status of offices.
The ministry stated that the system is expected to reduce costs, prevent violations, and accelerate the handling of complaints.
