The strike took place amid ongoing Iranian missile and drone attacks on Gulf countries. Several U.S. fighter jets were severely damaged in the incident, according to the U.S. source cited by Hurriyat.
This attack adds to previous casualties, with around 300 U.S. soldiers previously confirmed injured from Iranian strikes, the report said.
