Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development Travels to Kapisa Province
KAPISA, Afghanistan — Mullah Abdul Latif Mansour, Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, traveled to Kapisa province, where he met with local officials and employees of the Rural Rehabilitation and Development Department.
