Maulvi Hanafi: Defending Nation and Islamic Emirate Obligatory if Sovereignty Violated

KABUL (Afghan Verified) - Maulvi Abdul Salam Hanafi, Deputy Administrative Head of the Prime Minister's Office, told political analysts and media figures that defending Afghanistan's nation and the Islamic Emirate is obligatory on everyone if national sovereignty is violated.

The meeting, reported by the Prime Minister's Office, included Professor Mohammad Zaman Mazmel, Hamidullah Hotak, Hashim al-Kuzi, Dr. Fazlmanullah Mumtaz and Dr. Zalmay Afghaniyar, who spoke on behalf of others.

The analysts condemned recent attacks by the Pakistani military regime on Afghanistan's national sovereignty. They assured full support for the Islamic Emirate, noting its retaliatory response after the violation. They praised the Islamic Emirate's prudent actions to contain the threats and expressed a desire for good relations with neighboring countries.

Hanafi appreciated the analysts' activities and said the current Islamic system is the result of the nation's sacrifices, with all united to protect it. He added that the Islamic Emirate's positive accomplishments are being strengthened and remaining matters will be pursued jointly.

Hanafi expressed regret over civilian casualties from the recent attacks, stating the war had been imposed and threats overcome so far with the nation's support and advice. He emphasized seeking good relations with neighbors, regional countries and the world based on mutual respect, but defending the nation and system remains obligatory if sovereignty is violated.
