
Islamic Emirate Minister: Afghanistan's Security Does Not Exist in Many Countries
LAGHMAN, Afghanistan -- Mullah Noorullah Noori, Minister of Borders, Tribes, and Ethnicities of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, addressed a meeting of people's representatives and tribal elders in Laghman province, stating that every citizen protects the system.
Noori claimed that the current security situation in Afghanistan surpasses that found in many countries around the world. He expressed hope for further progress in the country.
The minister's remarks came during a gathering where other officials also delivered speeches.
People's representatives and tribal elders at the meeting endorsed the Islamic Emirate's stance as the people's own position. They pledged to defend the country's territory ahead of the mujahideen if necessary.
