HERAT, Afghanistan — Traders in Herat province donated 15 million afghanis in cash as humanitarian aid to support people in neighboring Iran amid current conditions there. The funds, collected by businesspeople and the private sector, were handed over to the Iranian consulate in Herat on Saturday.
