Ariana Afghan Airlines Reduces Cargo Rates for Kabul-Delhi Route

Ariana Afghan Airlines has announced a reduction in its cargo rates for the flight route connecting Kabul and Delhi, establishing a new price of $1.20 per kilogramme. This adjustment is designed to facilitate the export of Afghan goods and provide critical support to the country's private sector.

Mawlawi Bakht-ul-Rahman Sharafat, the director of Ariana Afghan Airlines, stated that the reduction in cargo charges is intended to increase the overall volume of Afghan products reaching international markets. By lowering the cost of transport, the airline aims to make Afghan exports more competitive and encourage broader economic growth.

The initiative focuses on reducing the financial burden placed on exporters, thereby encouraging more businesses to utilize the Kabul-Delhi route for shipping. According to Sharafat, the move is intended to support the private sector by making it more affordable to transport goods, which is expected to help stimulate the domestic economy through increased export capacity.
