Afghan Kurash Team Departs for Asian Championships in Tajikistan

A 12-member Afghan Kurash team has departed for Dushanbe, Tajikistan, to participate in the 15th Asian Kurash Championships.

The team consists of six athletes, one coach, four referees and one delegation member.

In addition to the championships, the group will join referee training courses and the Asian Kurash Confederation's annual congress.

The events, involving representatives from 28 countries, are set for June 12 to 14.
