341 Undocumented Afghan Migrants Detained in Pakistan's Swabi District

Pakistani police detained 341 Afghan migrants without legal documents in Swabi district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province during an operation conducted on Sunday.

The raids took place in several areas, including Topi, Razar, Chota Lahore, and the district center.

Local officials stated the operations will continue until all undocumented residents return to Afghanistan in a peaceful and dignified manner. They urged Afghan migrants to leave voluntarily and granted them time after Eid al-Fitr to close their businesses.

Nearly 30,000 Afghan migrants are currently residing in various parts of Swabi district.
